For help, feedback, subscription questions, or moderation appeals, open a Phill support request. GitHub issues are public, so do not include personal, health, account, or payment information. For a sensitive privacy, safety, or security concern, use the private report form.
Include the Phill app version, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Never send a password, payment information, authentication token, or sensitive medical details.
Apple handles billing. Use Settings → Membership → Manage subscription to view or cancel. Use Restore Purchases if paid access is missing. Deleting a Phill account does not cancel billing.
Use Settings → Data → Erase everything for local training history. Use Settings → Account → Delete account for the Supabase account and Community data.
Phill is not medical advice or emergency service. Stop exercising for concerning symptoms and contact local emergency services or a qualified clinician when appropriate.
Use the private report form with a concise description and reproducible steps. Do not access another person’s data, disrupt service, or include live credentials. We will acknowledge good-faith reports and prioritize issues that could expose user data.
Identify the protected work or mark, the Community content at issue, your contact information, and why you believe the use is unauthorized. Do not send unrelated identity documents.
